We had been looking for a licensed builder to construct a sun room on our house. I friend suggested Designers Choice. The company had build a screen porch for them a few years back, and had build for several of their neighbors over the last few years as well. I had seen there porch and thought it was lovely. It took several meetings to finalize the design and pricing. They use software to design the project like on HGTV, so we were able to see exactly what it would look like before it was built complete. It look about 4 weeks to get approval from our HOA, they supplied all the drawings making that easy for us. After they started it took 8 weeks to complete. The room came out very nice. We love the sky lights with the remote built in shades and the heating and air system which is unbelievably quiet. Finally, the crew were all employees, not sub contractors. I have never meet a nicer group of people who take great pride in what the do. The fellows were just so darn nice.
